10 Restorative Days with Alkaline Fasting and energetic Treatments
Your fasting journey will be guided by Annelies Stocker, Noemi Mameli, and André Mameli, with hiking support from Paul Stocker.
The idea behind alkaline fasting at our hotel is the elimination of toxins and waste products, while at the same time creating a gentle entry into healthy nutrition.
For 10 days, all acid-forming foods are removed from your diet. Instead, you will nourish yourself with fresh vegetables, fruits, sprouts, and herbs. This serves as a kick-start for long-term, healthier eating habits in your daily life.
The essence of your fasting time with us is about mindful eating, savoring the simplicity, and finding fulfillment in renunciation. It is about chewing consciously, feeling uplifted by lightness, and allowing reduction to activate the natural recycling processes at the cellular level.
