  • The prices are per person and day with ¾ board (excluding drinks)
  • Local tourist tax: for all persons aged 14 and over, a local tourist tax of € 2.90 per person per night will be levied from 1 January 2015. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site
  • For overnight stays with breakfast, € 20.00 per person and day will be deducted from the ¾ pension
  • No deduction for ¾ board not consumed
  • Single room supplement per day 40,00 Euro in a double room standard. During high season we charge 50 % single room supplement.

  • Check-In - Check-Out: the rooms are available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. For arrivals after 7.00 pm, please call us, otherwise we cannot guarantee the reservation.
  • Rooms: Floor plan and furnishings may differ slightly from the pictures
  • Extended wellness day: if you would like to use our wellness facilities on the day of departure, we charge € 25.00.
  • RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: with the making of a reservation count the Italian hotel conditions of the contract. Reservation or cancelation are recognised only in writing. With fixed reservation we request of a deposit for a confirmation at the rate of  €uro 500,00 of the total amount.

  • Cancellation: occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the European's travel insurance.

  • Cancellation policy
    The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
  •  Cancellation until 31 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained and can be used for a later stay
  • Cancellation from 30 until 8 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
  •  Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
  •  In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not used.
  • Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)
  • Animals: You are welcome to bring your dog by appointment: contributiontowards expenses of 20,00 Euro (without food). If necessary we chargean amount of 35,00 up to 200,00 Euro for the final cleaning of theroom.
  • ROOMS: all rooms are non-smokers room . Rooms for allergy on inquiry (wooden floor, allergy sufferer beds, and laundry) possibly. We ask for understanding that only room categories and no room numbers or floors can be confirmed.
  • Garage: on asks for we book to you a parking lot in our garage costs per day 7,00 € .
