7 Days of Fasting according to Buchinger, or Alkaline Fasting
During the fasting period, you will be guided by Annelies Stocker and Noemi Mameli (Nutrition Coach, Ayurveda Therapist, Wellness Coach, Nature Response Trainer – both certified fasting leaders by the DFA, the German Fasting Academy).

Buchinger fasting or alkaline fasting
Buchinger fasting menu with vegetable broth, fruit and vegetable juices, herbal teas, mineral water, Kangen water, fermented drinks, and alkaline supplements such as minerals
alkaline fasting including 3 meals per day
Breakfast: porridge or oat mousse
Lunch & dinner: steamed or raw vegetables, soups

Guided morning and evening hikes with Paul Stocker (approx. 2.5 hours each)
1– weekly: yoga with Petra
1–2 times weekly: gymnastics, stretching, or aqua fitness with Noemi
Once weekly: forest bathing or Kneipp therapy with Annelies or Noemi (depending on weather and season)
Meditation with Annelies
