Fasting has been a part of my life for some time. I’ve been to many different places and I can say wholeheartedly that the program at the Alphotel Stocker is the best fasting program I have experienced. I chose the Buchinger program from the options available. It works -I was energetic and never felt hungry.

Paul’s kindness and calm soulfulness guided us daily through the most beautiful nature of the region. Each day it reminded me of growing up in the Colorado mountains. I was humbled by the beauty of the landscape, the many cows (my favorite animal), crystal clear streams, breathtaking peaks, the churches we visited on these stunning hikes and the silence. Bliss.
Having a nearly zero calorie broth served daily in a beautiful porcelain soup bowl with a cloth napkin alongside – this is elegance at its finest.
