A fantastic holiday from every point of view! I stayed for ten days at Alphotel Stocker for my first Buchinger fasting experience... Initially, I was curious but also a bit nervous about embarking on this type of journey... However, I was immediately welcomed like family, and I felt supported and pampered; the hotel and the atmosphere are wonderful.
I met amazing people who, like me, were fasting, did beautiful mountain excursions, and as the cherry on top, I relaxed in the wellness center with massages, sauna, and steam bath.
A holiday that turned out to be one of the most constructive and peaceful moments of the past few years. An experience I will definitely repeat and would recommend to everyone!
