For all the our hosts who are 55 years old + we have a little one present
For bookings of at least 7 nights in the period from 09.01.2010 to 15.11.2010 (excluded the period 05.08 to 25.08.2010) we allow
a discount of 5 % on the prices of the half pension or a relaxing complete massage
P.S. You can take advantage only of a promotion for each booking; for example
booking 90 days before the arrival for a least stay of 7 nights and having been 55 years the discount is offered of – 5 % and a further present of an fullmassage (but not other 5 % of discount)

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
With the realisation of a reservation count the Italian hotel conditions of the contract. Reservation or cancelation are recognised only in writing. With fixed reservation we request of a caparra to the confirmation at the rate of 150.00 € per room.

Cancellation
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung\'s travel insurance.
Animals
With pleasure you can bring your dear domestic animal. The current price for small dogs and cat without feed amounts to 7,00 € for medium-sized dogs 15,00 €
ROOMS
All rooms are non-smokers room . Rooms for allergy on inquiry (wooden floor, allergy sufferer beds, and laundry) possibly. We ask for understanding that only room categories and no room numbers or floors can be confirmed

Entry into the bath and wellness area is permitted only with bathrobe. We lend the bathrobe against 8,00 € for the whole stay. They can bring with pleasure your own bathrobe
