With the realisation of a reservation count the Italian hotel conditions of the contract. Reservation or cancelation are recognised only in writing. With fixed reservation we request of a caparra to the confirmation at the rate of 150.00 € per room.

Possibilities of the payment
The hotel calculation can be paid with Euro, EC Card, Bancomat, VISA and Mastercard.
Cancellation
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the European's travel insurance.
Animals
With pleasure you can bring your dear domestic animal. The current price for small dogs and cat without feed amounts to 7,00 € for medium-sized dogs 15,00 €.
ROOMS
All rooms are non-smokers room . Rooms for allergy on inquiry (wooden floor, allergy sufferer beds, and laundry) possibly. We ask for understanding that only room categories and no room numbers or floors can be confirmed.
Alphotel bathrobe
Entry into the bath and wellness area is permitted only with bathrobe. We lend the bathrobe against 8,00 € for the whole stay. They can bring with pleasure your own bathrobe
Garage
On asks for we book to you a parking lot in our garage
costs per day 5,00 € (7 days 20,00 €).
Check in – Check out
The rooms stand to you during the journey day from 2 p.m. at the possession and we request to release you during the departure day at the latest 10 a.m. the room.
