Stocker Alpine Hotel – gluten-free holidays in South Tyrol

Fresh herbs, lovingly plucked from our garden… eggs from local farmers… cheese and dairy products, fresh from Valle Aurina… organic milk from local hay-fed cows… these ingredients couldn’t be more natural and are the foundation of our kitchen’s philosophy. The Stocker Alpine Hotel lives for true, natural, local cuisine. Indeed, as Goethe once said: “All things are good as they come from the hands of nature.”

In the last few years, we at the Stocker Alpine Hotel have specialised in a gluten-free fusion of Alpine and Mediterranean delights. Franz Ebenkofler, our chef de cuisine, has 40 years of kitchen experience, 25 of these in the preparation of gluten and lactose-free delicacies… he truly is an expert in his field! Your hostess, Annelies, complements this with her knowledge of Ayurveda and health therapy. Along with Martina, a member of the service staff, she has completed numerous continual professional development seminars, run by the Italian Coeliac Federation, on the topic of nutrition. This means that you’ll not have to be concerned about what you eat while you’re on holiday with us. Your health is important to us.
